Upgrade to A/C Car/MUV or AC berth in Trains (single group of 6-10 person only) in lieu of A/C Bus or General berths in Train transfer (&) to Premium Star Category Hotels / Resorts stay @ extra charges as applicable..

• 1 Child below 4 years free. 2nd child and/or above 4 years but below 12 years @ 50% of price. In sharing accommodation with parents. Extra bed & separate bus seat will be provided to child above 4 years.

•Upgrade @ USD $ 60 / Rs. 3,000/- per person / day to Premium Star Category Hotels / Resorts. See Home & Hotel where available. Also upgrade @ Rs. 555/- per person / day to AC Car or AC berth in Trains and Rooms where/when available.

• Rates are ex-Howrah Railway Station / Kolkata Airport (or) ex-New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Government LTC Tour / Packages are organized by us with approved & authenticated bill and receipt issued to guest on tour.

• Free Day offer valid with individual package price. Free 1 (one) day stay ( in Deluxe Category Room) is applicable if booked for continuous & minimum 7 days package booking.

• Other Tours We can arrange any other tour packages to any other destination, other than those mentioned here ONLY for our Members.

• Confirmed booking will be made with 50% advance payment at least 60 days prior to start of tour date. Balance will be paid before start of the journey / tour.

• 100% refund if cancelled before 45 days, 50% refund if cancelled before 15 days of start of journey / tour date. No refund will be made if cancelled any days after that. Rescheduling of booked tour will be treated as cancellation, but minor amendments can be made on the payment of Rs.4500/- as communication charges (and/or) refunds will be made, less 10% as administration charges.

• Foreigners: Encashment certificate is required for Foreigners visiting India and valid passports, visas, photographs, and related documents are also necessary for smooth operations. In some states there are provisions of Restricted Area Permit and Protected Area Permits for the foreigners. Foreigners are requested to deliver their proper documents to get the permits needed. Responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations and the like, where required, is that of the Guest / traveler alone. Bengal Tourism will not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure that he / she has complied with all such requirements. But we will extend any help if it is within our known circl.
